VALUE IMPROVEMENT FOR CPA FIRMS™

For more than 30 years I have observed very successful CPA firms and studied how they were able to create significantly greater value both in terms of current income and the ability to extract value at a later date. In almost every case, their success was due to their skills at balancing the critical areas of their practices. Owners did not waste precious time putting out fires, but used their time to create value in their practices.

The critical areas of practice relate to people, internal systems, clients, and strategic decisions and actions – all balanced upon common, agreed-upon values and mutual trust.

My studies, research and experience with clients led me to design a Value Improvement Model™ for Accounting Firms – a model that shows CPA firms how to improve their performance and results by focusing on their most pressing issues. Using this model, I created tools to assess the current practice situation. I also created several consulting and training modules to assist firms in enhancing their value both immediately and in the long-term.
