This 6 month individual coaching program is formal, structured, and designed to help you achieve your specific professional goals.  To begin the process, you will complete a comprehensive questionnaire to determine your individual goals and objectives and Steve conducts an in-depth interview with you to determine your unique coaching plan.

• scheduled monthly calls to determine progress, make adjustments and refine the process
